A new report from the US Food and Drug Administration said that a growing number of older men with erectile dysfunction (ED) had taken the drug Viagra, which contains sildenafil citrate, a powerful ED drug.

Dr Lord said he would not recommend Viagra to patients who take nitrates for chest pain or heart problems.
"I don't think it will be safe for many men," he said.
The US FDA said that Viagra is not approved for the treatment of ED.
